Order & Delivery Terms
- Delivery charges depend on your area and vehicle — confirmed at time of order
- Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation
- Delivery time will be confirmed by our WhatsApp representative
- Cold chain items (vaccines) are only delivered within Karachi, due to cold storage requirements
Returns & Exchange Policy
- Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery — delivery charges apply
- Opened items are not eligible for return or exchange

To ensure reliable, authentic & storage-maintained veterinary supplies, the following are not eligible for return or exchange under any condition:
- Vaccines
- Sprays
- Imported products
- Surgical items
- Items with less than 6 months to expiry
- Any item with damaged or soiled packaging
